I felt I was on top of the world. Nothing could go wrong. I had a partner, kids, lots of friends, a big company. And still there was an inner voice that was judging, not so  satisfied, needed more and more. I was outsourcing my feelings. So it looked for me like others were judging me, others wanting me to be more. The world was angry at me. But was that true? Or was a just a nagging boy? 

And then my long term relationship came in rough wether and eventually we ended it. I felt rejected and not seen. I started my breath work journey and my journey around masculine and feminine energy. I did and do lots of inner work. For the first time in years, and maybe ever, I feel my body, I have more emotions than anger and can feel energy running through my body. 
I realize more than ever that I didn’t feel seen and totally loved by myself. I feel more present, more love and in this love I can love others more profound.
